A simple tool with no moving parts and nothing to replace or replenish, the Vitalizer™ is reduce carbon emissions while improving fuel economy. Plus, the Vitalizer has been shown to significantly reduce maintenance and repair costs, while dramatically improving performance. Engineered for both gasoline and diesel engines, the product is suitable for all automotive and marine engines, boilers, and commercial diesel engines.

In controlled tests at the EPA-approved Automotive Testing Laboratories, the Vitalizer surpassed all standard percentages for lowering emissions and increasing fuel economy in accordance with the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations #440, parts 86 through 99, as well as the EPA Screen Test 511 covering retrofit devises. A 25% to 40% reduction in emissions under real driving conditions was achieved in automobile, light to medium-duty trucks and SUVs, and heavy-duty transports.

Demonstrated Performance

Tests conducted on multiple gas and diesel engines and boilers using the Vitalizer produced the following results:

Reduction in exhaust gases:

• 60 % for hydrocarbons (HxCy)

• 25% for nitrous oxides (NO1NO2)

• 60% for carbon monoxide (CO)

• 40% for soot (C)

• 90% poliarmatic hydrocarbons (HxCy)

• 7% for carbon dioxide (CO2)

Reduction in fuel consumption:

• 16% for light fuel oil

• 15% for the middle fuel oil

• 14% for heavy fuel oil

• 15% for petrol

• 7% for diesel fuel

Reduction in output temperature:

Temperatures of output gases were lessened by approximately 25ºC when the engine works under the same load.

Cleaner combustion chamber:

The improved combustion process reduces Hydrocarbon output by 57% and Carbon Monoxide output by 56%, dramatically reducing the black smoke and build up of carbons in the combustion.

Improved Fuel Efficiency

Under actual driving conditions, the Vitalizer increases fuel efficiency by 7-15% for gasoline engines and 3-5% in diesel engines designed for heavy transport.
